What a fitting phrase for this weeks challenge over at the BBTB....I see Beauty in all of my designers work and secondly I see BEAUTY in this BLACK rose...it is so pretty TO ME..The challenge this week over at the bbtb was to use the ROSE from the INDIE ART cricut cartridge... this is a beautiful cut...I love it...and the girls did such an amazing job with their take...You can find their take here....We also have a new contest going on right now over at the bbtb...WANTA WIN A FRED table...ooooooooooo that will make your life a bit sweeter...here is the link to the contest....

GUESS WHAT I ............................

Made today in about 5 minutes..........this totally cute necklace.........okay so like the other day I went to Michael's and they have redone their whole store...when you walk in, it almost looks like a scrapbooking store and then over to the right is this HUGE bead section...well normally I wouldn't even go over to the bead section because the Michael's that is closer to my house has the same thing, but on a MUCH smaller scale...well my 7 year old son was telling me that there was some BIG DIAMONDS over in the bead department that he wanted to buy.....(kids I tell ya....and he thinks the diamonds are real)........anyways so I decided to go into the bead department and oh my I fell in love with all the stuff..............so I made this cute little wooden necklace with a leather rope.............ALL FOR 3.00.............that's what I'm talking about (smile)

Just wanted to share...........a little bit of what I did today...well gotta run, my 16 year old soon to be 17 year old is on his FIRST DATE....................YIKESSSSSSSSSS...LORD HELP ME............Oh yeah that is not all, this was his first week with his driving instructor.............DOUBLE YIKESSSSSSSSSSSSS...I bet he feels like his life is just awesome right now, but it is a PANIC, WORRY time for mommy...........

I've got much to share on this AMAZING HISTORICAL DAY.......wow what a wonderful day, the weather is beautiful and we have a new President............

My first two cards are for my Scrapnfonts.com design team....I am so loving the look of the black and yellow on this first card.......YOU LIGHT UP MY LIFE...This chandelier comes from a new set of brushes (digital art) to be released soon over at scrapnfonts.com

Another project for my scrapnfonts.com design team is this cute little penguin, it is from a set called DB Chill Out....this set will also be released in a few days...I got this yummy new Making memories speciality paper yesterday and had to use it for this card....

Lastly is a recent completed project for my Pazzles design team....I used some fun Basic Grey papers to make a Christmas Goodie Bag......

Yes that is right, I have been working my little fingers to the bone these last few days....Actually I still am working...(smile)....but I wanted to let all my customers know that THE CUTTING CAFE has a new home....Here is the link to the new site:

Well at least that is what DeeDee Campbell thinks...she awarded me this shabby, sheek award....love this ladies yellow dress..........I have known DeeDee Campbell now for at least 1 1/2 years maybe more...She is on a few of the same teams as me and is one of the most delightful people I know...and if ya ever looking for someone that UPDATES their blog EVERYDAY.................well she does.. and you will not be disappointed...okay on to the rules for this award...I am suppose to list 5 addictions.
