So Moxie Fab World issued this fun challenge back in March to use HOT AIR BALLOONS on a projects.....so since I just recently released a HUGE UP UP IN THE SKY WISHES set over at the Cutting Cafe along with a HOT AIR BALLOON SHAPED CARD.....I thought I would enter the challenge....
