CARDS BOOK PUBLISHED..JUNE - AUGUST

I was just wondering has anyone that was published with CARDS book for the months of June, July and August received their free copy and project back? I know that they were behind in sending all the items back to people, but I am wondering are they still behind...I had something published for the months of June-August plus a few more this year and haven't received anything....I hope all is okay...........

ANOTHER VERSION OF THE CAKE PUBLISHED CARD

Well I am on my way to a birthday party today for my father - in - law who is turning 76.......so I needed to make a card real quick...I decided to make a male version to the card that I have published in this months (May) issue of cards...I believe it is on page 172 of the book........

OH BUMMER...PAPER CRAFTS CARD CREATIONS 6

I guess I shouldn't say totally BUMMER, but I just got an email from Paper Crafts regarding their new Card Creations 6 book that they are taking cards for and they actually wanted TWO of my cards.....I have never had two items in a book at once........WELL............unfortunately, I can only send them one because the other is already called for...BUMMER........I so love Paper Crafts special edition CARD CREATIONS books....I guess I should just be thankful to have the one...and I am..(smile)

7 THINGS ABOUT ME..........& SOME GOODIES FROM CARDS.......

Okay so believe it or not I have been tagged by a few people all within a few weeks.......All of you that have tagged me are just so sweet to even thing about little oh me...but I thank you....Each of you are so amazing: AMY, DANNI, NIKKI, (please forgive me if I left someone out.....I lost some of my emails)..........Anyways, please be sure to check out all these amazing ladies blogs, you will be in for a real treat.....I am not going to tag anyone new myself, because I think everyone is tired of me tagging them.........but do check out my BLOGROLL..............all of these ladies are FAB.....Okay so I need to list 7 facts about myself.....this might bore ya, because not that much going on with me right now...just a bunch of being MOMMY all day (smile).

1. I am a Christian and have been for as long as I can remember, but at this time in my life, I have a Yearning to be able to know Jesus to the fullest..he is the only way I get through my days.

2. My youngest son Benjamin is signing up for Soccer next week and I am not looking forward to it....Soccer is so like the longest season of a sport...GOOD BYE SATURDAYS...(but I will be a good mommy for him) (smile)

3. Although I am not able to have anymore children..(no more junk in the trunk down there)...if there was some invention to be able to have another...........I would.....(yulp even though I have 4)

4. I would love to be able to dance like DANCING WITH THE STARS....hubby and I are going to learn that one day.

5. When I scrap or shall I say, when I am crafting, I like complete silence...no music or TV....(I just can't focus).

6. I watch TV only about once a week and that is for the EXTREME HOME MAKEOVER show...other then that, I don't watch TV.

7. I am the youngest out of 3.....I have a brother and a sister.....brother is 6 years older then me and sister is 8 years older then me...so basically I somewhat grew up as an only child.......LOVED IT.

Well that's it.....hum this was fun....

Well I finally got my goodies in from CARDS the other day.....I am in the MARCH ISSUE and my card is on pages 166-167. This was a birthday card that I made for my daughter last year....

Have you picked up the latest CARDS book? There is some really cute cards in there...lots of spring cards...I have one card in the book on pages 166-167 (Party Time)....I will re-post the card later.

BEAUTIFUL SOMERSET WEDDING BOOK............

Well I just got my copy of the new Somerset Wedding magazine that I have a project published in.....Wow it is a really nice Wedding book.......All kinds of projects are in the book...Just in case you have a copy, my project is on page 4 & 85....It is a 3 piece Maid of Honor Thank you set. Here is a picture of one set that I did.....The one in the book is lime green instead of purple...

FINALLY............RECEIVED MY GOODIES...

I finally got my goodies from CARDS and PAPER CRAFTS magazine in the mail today....and it is some fun stuff too....They were a little behind in sending out their goodies to those that were published in December 2007 and December/January 2008.....but I must say it was worth the wait.....I got loads of stuff I didn't even own...and that is good in itself....considering that I normally buy up everything........(smile)

MY SON AND I ARE GETTING PUBLISHED.....

Wow I couldn't believe it, but I got an email today from Paper Crafts that they want to publish the cute little Turkey basket that he and I did for his teacher for Thanksgiving...Boy my little Benjamin was so excited when I told him.....I am so proud of him.....and to think he is only 6 years old....Paper Crafts has a special kid issue coming out in June of next year.....

PAPER TRENDS AND READY SET CREATE

Wow, I picked up the new issue of Paper Trends today and saw my birthday card that I had made for my son when he had turned 15....I brought it home to show him and he was so excited to see the card in there....He can hardly wait to get it back to cherish forever...I HOPE...anyways the card is on page 142........I also have about 3 projects in the new READY SET CREATE online ezine for Dec/Jan.....This is an awesome online ezine......Click here to view the magazine...

WOW 2 PAGE SPREAD..........CARDS BOOK

Wow, I still haven't got my prize from Cards, but I just saw the book the other day, and I actually had a two page spread in there...........Feels REALLY good......My Ice-cream card was published in their December issue.......the two page spreads are on page 112-115.........

PAPER TRENDS AND SOMERSET WEDDINGS

Okay so like today turned out to be really good even though I have so much to do in the next few days/weeks that my HEAD HURTS...........anywho..........I had almost forgot that 1 one of my cards was in PAPER TRENDS this month.............on page 103......

Also I got some good news a few days ago, it seems that the magazine called Somerset Weddings....(they also publish Stampers Sampler and other magazines) found my blog and wanted to publish a project I did a few weeks ago.........talk about being surprised that someone FOUND little O'ME..........Anyways I had to make a new project....I sent it in and it made the cut........I will keep you all posted with more details when I get more details.........night all.............

CARDS BOOK...................YIPEEEEEEEEE FINALLY..

I can't believe I actually am going to be having a card published in the Cards book..........every time I have submitted something to be published I submit to Cards along with a few other places and they finally choose one of my cards.......Wow I feel so honored to have one of my items in the book with all those awesome talented other folks. (smile).........So watch for me in the December 2007 issue of Cards...........

Wow, I can't believe it, but I just some more great news from Paper Trends Book, they want to publish one of my cards in their December/January 08 book..........Wow kind of unbelievable to be having a card published with them in Oct/Nov 08 and in December/Jan 08 books.....So excited wanted to share with you all...........
