PENCIL BOX

Hello all, before I get into my project for today, I wanted to say that my prayers are with all those that were affected by the 911 tragedy..............I WILL NEVER FORGET.

 Today over at the cafe we are showcasing a few back to school projects....I decided to use the PENCIL BOX, SCHOOL MINI WORDS, TINY DOT BACKGROUND SET and the SCHOOL BORDERS.

A LITTLE BIT OF THIS AND THAT

Hello all, once again I have been a bad blogger, still busy as ever, just not posting on a regular basis....So to get all caught up, here are a few projects that I have completed:

MUMMY SHAPED CARD

 ANNIVERSARY WORD SHAPED CARD....we celebrated 23 years on the 1st.......

 Made this bracelet using the Basic shape charms from The Cutting Cafe

 Candy Corn Trio shaped card

 This mummy candy wrap comes in the mummy shaped card set

 This set was made using a few sets: Nesting boxes, Happy Birthday 40 different ways, Alpha and number charm set, just for you charm set.

MIKALA ANN IS ON THE RUNWAY

Hello everyone and happy Friday to you all..................
Have you seen this weeks RUNWAY INSPIRED CHALLENGE #41.........the image this week is so stinkin fabulous...I had to play along.

I decided to do a bit of fuzzy cutting and turned the Mikala Ann holding a balloon into a shaped card....I think it is cute for a little girls birthday.
I also used the Girl mini words from the Cutting Cafe. Be sure to check out the fabulous work by the other girls over there...FABULOUS I TELL YA......

BIRTHDAY BOY AND FUNNY CAR SET

Okay today I have 3 projects to share with you all. I decided to play along over at CAS on Sunday challenge #14....They have a challenge to use a Tag so I thought this cute little birthday bag would fit the bill........

I used the new FUNNY CAR TREAT BOX AND SHAPED CARD from the Cutting Cafe and the EVERYDAY BLOCK SENTIMENTS.....I have never used these two colors together, but I love them.

 Up next I did two projects using the Funny Car Treat Box and Shaped card set...I made the shaped card and the treat box...I love the window cut outs...but this file also comes with a solid front if you don't want the windows to be cut out.

So I thought it would be fun to have a FAVORITE CRAFTY THINGS party through the US Mail.

This exchange is JUST FOR CRAFT ITEMS ONLY AND unfortunately this exchange is only open to US Craftors.

So here are all the details: 

You will choose just ONE FAVORITE CRAFTY ITEM to send to five different people.

To make it fair lets just pick a FAVORITE item that is no more then around $5.00 ....believe me there are lots of items that I use daily that are around 5 dollars or less: ink pads, pens, mini paper pads, certain embellishments etc.........(if it is a certain kind of say ribbon - maybe give at least a spool or at least a yard of it to each person)....

Depending on how many people sign up, I will put you in a group of five. So that means you will need to have at least 5 of the same item to be able to send to each person in your group.

Please email me your name and address to fabriccutups@prodigy.net by August  7th 2013. I will then get all the names together and place you in a group and send you your group names and addresses by no later then midnight August 10th 2013..........

PLEASE when sending me your name and address put FAVORITE THINGS EXCHANGE in the title for your email...........

All items will need to be shipped - postmarked to the 5 people in your group by August 26th 2013.

A FEW OF MY FAVORITE CRAFTY THINGS

So the other day I released a new set called A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS and I could hardly wait to actually share a few of my FAVORITE CRAFTY things with one special birthday girl. There are a few crafty things that I simply love: kraft paper, brown ribbon, white gel pen, black zig pen, my minds eye paper....just to name a few.............

So I decided to use the new set and put together a favorite things for her and package it all up....I hope she likes my little brown paper bag tied with a bow gift........
