THE PLANNER - BLOG TOUR - CAFE POST - TOMBOW USA

YULP............
My post is doing QUADRUPLE DUTY today.......

First up it's our 21st of the month (AND MY 46TH BD by the way on the 21st) :) post for the Cutting Cafe.
OMG OMG OMG OMG...........we are all showcasing projects using the new THE PLANNER SET.

I have never ever used a planner to keep myself organized, but I decided that I was going to go all out on this planner and make if FOR MYSELF and I am so glad I did..............I LOVE THE WAY IT TURNED OUT.

I used some fun travel wrapping paper to make my planner out of. Lately I have been buying lots of fun wrapping paper. It is not only good for wrapping gifts but for crafting because the size is so large.

This book is extremely thick and fun of everything I need to keep myself organized for the coming year.
There was a lot of sections of the planner that I needed some really good adhesive and that is where TOMBOW USA comes in with their XTREME ADHESIVE. This stuff is so AWESOME...check it out, you won't go back to using your old stuff for those craft projects that need a tough adhesive.
Here is a few more Pics of my planner - then read all about the BLOG TOUR below the pictures.

Okay on to the BLOG TOUR
A few weeks ago one of my all time favorite crafty girls Michele Kovack nominated me for the BLOG TOUR....basically it is a tour of nominated blogs from others in which we also have to answer a few questions but before I get into that, I want to thank Michele for nominating me. I have known Michele for oh my FOREVER..............She use to actually be one of The Cutting Cafe Designers back in the day. Since then I have been in awe with her work....it is truly one of a kind and that is an understatement. She is a wonderful mom to two awesome children and an great wife...
Thanks so much Michele for nominating me and for your continued friendship.
OKAY SO HERE ARE A FEW QUESTIONS:

1. What am I working on?
Being the owner of The Cutting Cafe, I am always working on new files....I just finished up a fun STATIONERY CADDY and BOOK BOX.

2. How does my work differ from others of its genre?

Hum well I will say a lot of the people that I work with and visit their blogs, they are a bit more detailed then me, not by choice though because a lot of time I am pressed for time that my projects normally don't have all the bells and whistles on them like I would like them to. I keep saying to myself that I am going to start taking my time to really create some very detailed projects. But I will say one thing, I have this thing about putting white dots on just about EVERY PROJECT I have ever made...I just think it adds that little bit of detail to even a plain project.

3. Why do I write/create what I do?

For as long as I can remember I have always loved every aspect of crafting. I can remember when I was 12 years old and I was really into oil painting and drawing and wanted to be an artist, then it switched to wanting to be a clothing designer to after having kids scrapbooking....so I guess the reason I do it is because I have been doing it for so long that it is all that I know and I love to give some of my crafty projects to others....they love the handmade, thoughtful gift.

4. How does your writing/creating process work?

Not really sure how to answer this besides the fact that I get lots of inspiration from all around me......I can see something in a magazine or at a grocery store and my creative juices will start to flow where I am pulling out my cell phone jotting down something as small as a polka dot flower and come back home and recreate it in my own style.

OKAY ENOUGH ABOUT ME...........I AM NOMINATING the following two ladies:

I met Chauntelle not to long ago. She is one of the designers I work with over at The Cutting Cafe. From the first time I saw her work I knew I wanted her to work with me over at The Cutting Cafe. She is so talented and has her own awesome style. This girl's work is totally fab....I look forward to seeing her work each time she post something new and I look forward to building a long lasting friendship with her.

I just recently met Lisa about a month ago through another LISA....LOL....and oh my I am sooooo glad that Lisa M. introduced me to LISA S. She is currently also working with me over at The Cutting Cafe and man oh man, she has also got an awesome style of crafting. This lady totally rocks.....I love all the different types of medium she uses in her work. I am really looking forward to getting to know Lisa more and I hope it will turn into a long lasting friendship.

Please be sure to check out these two ladies blog and check out our dt post this week over on the Cafe's Blog AND check out the EXTREME adhesive.........

Love how you put the travel wrapping paper to good use on your planner. Great idea! No need to explain how your creating process works, my friend. When you GOT it you GOT it!!!

Great planner, Regina. I'm so glad you put so much time into this file. It is a wonderful one! You WILL repeat it in 2016, right? And, I enjoyed your blog tour -- this was a new concept for me. I got to know a bit more about you. Fun, fun!
